Ronald Saka is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate at the firm, where he heads the Kisii Branch. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi.
Ronald joined the firm in 2021 as a Legal Intern and steadily progressed through the ranks, demonstrating exceptional legal acumen, professionalism, and commitment to client service. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in legal research, drafting, dispute resolution, and representing clients across a broad spectrum of contentious and advisory matters.
A strong proponent of alternative dispute resolution, Ronald has undertaken professional training with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya Branch). His arbitration training complements his litigation practice by enabling him to provide clients with practical and efficient dispute resolution strategies. He is passionate in Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution, Civil & Commercial Litigation, Land Law, Construction Law, Sports Law and Public Procurement Law
