Shirley Akinyi is a trainee advocate currently undertaking pupillage at Ogetto, Otachi & Company Advocates. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing her postgraduate diploma at the Kenya School of Law. She is also a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM). Throughout her legal training and practice, Shirley has been instrumental in the preparation of complex civil matters by conducting extensive research and drafting high-quality legal documents. Her research and analytical work have informed legal arguments, strengthened case strategy, and supported successful dispute resolution in diverse areas of law.
