As the Senior Partner and Founder of Ogetto Otachi &amp; Co Advocates, he has built a reputation for legal excellence, strategic insight, and principled leadership\u2014both in Kenya and on the international stage.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Otachi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the Kenyan Bar in 1990 and continues to serve as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.<\/p>\n<p>Since founding the firm in 2007, Mr. Otachi has contributed to its evolution into a respected legal powerhouse, handling complex commercial, constitutional, and administrative law matters.
